1.How it works

Pressure swing adsorption equipment uses carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent and uses pressure swing adsorption principle to obtain gas. Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of oxygen in air and on carbon molecular sieve is quite different, that is, the adsorption rate of oxygen on carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that on carbon molecular sieve, oxygen molecule is adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and molecules are enriched in gas phase to achieve separation of oxygen and ammonia; At the same time, because the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen is obviously different with different pressure, the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve can be desorbed by reducing the pressure, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be recycled. Two or more adsorption towers are designed and the process program is controlled by PLC. One tower can absorb nitrogen, the other tower is desorbed and regenerated, and the circulation is alternating to continuously produce high-quality gas
