Hangzhou Poly air separation equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the production of ZAY series of high efficiency oil-water separator, is a new generation of compressed air two purification (gas water separation and filtration) device. With good technical performance and wide applicability, and can be installed in the compressor after cooler, after freeze dryer, adsorption dryer, or general industrial gas charge way of compressed air pollutants (oil, water and dust) for effective separation and filtration. After treatment, the compressed air can basically reach the oil, water and micron precision grade solid particles without liquid.
ZAY series high efficiency oil-water separator is mainly composed of a container part, spiral separator (water components), filter parts, sewage system (not shown), instruments etc.. Contains a large amount of oil, water and solid particles of compressed air through the reducer accelerated tangential spiral passage into the spiral separator, centrifugal effect to get rid of most of the droplets and larger particles, after pretreatment of the compressed air due to the middle barrier only into the inner spiral tray separator, from outside to inside through the cylindrical filter element. The combination of filter bed direct interception, inertial collision, the comprehensive effect of filtration mechanism of gravity sedimentation under further trapping micro mist particles, and the condensation in the process through the filter bed, and a final in the inner gravity gas-liquid separation layer. The separated liquid drop falls into the filter element and is led out through the spiral pipe.
