VPSA vacuum oxygen generating equipment
Main components of air are nitrogen and oxygen. Design appropriate technology process to separate nitrogen and oxygen with the use of different adsorptive property(oxygen can be absorbed through nitrogen) of nitrogen and oxygen on zeolite molecular sieve(ZMS) under ambient temperature, so as to acquire oxygen .The adsorptive capacity of oxygen is stronger than oxygen(the acting force between oxygen and the surface of molecular sieve is strong) .When air passes through the adsorption bed with under the state of pressue,nitrogen is absorbed by molecular sieve. Oxygen is collected and flow out of the adsorption bed for little adsorption, and we can acquire oxygen through separation of nitrogen andoxygen. When molecular sieve adsorption of nitrogen reach to saturation, and then stop entering the air and reducing pressure of the adsorption ,the molecular sieve adsorption of nitrogen adsorption out of the molecular sieve regeneration and can be reused. This two adsorption bed rotation switch can continuously produce oxygen.
